Kobie received our class award for the respect she shows students and teachers at Birchwood.

Miecke received our class award for showing respect and responsibility every day.

Some of our little tadpoles have changed into froglets!

They have been climbing out of the water to begin breathing air.

Term 4 - Week 4

Lukkas received our class award for the GRIT he is showing in writing.

In maths we have been learning about time and working out departure and arrival times.

Term 4 - Week 3

Cody received our class award for 'ownership'.  

This means he is being responsible and making good choices.

Term 4 - Week 2

Rongomai received our student award this week for the ownership he shows by being responsible, well done Rongomai!

 The students have been doing weaving with Mrs Harpur, 

come in and check them out!

 The students have also been looking at symmetry with Mrs Harpur,

Their creatures are now up on the wall too.

There won't be a morning assembly or class/GROW awards this Friday due to the Mihi Whakatau in the afternoon.
